Ms. Eolis is also civilian Commander of HCTF, the post 9.11 initiative that assists governments in vetting lawyers for special counsel roles in the aftermath of terrorist incidents and for critical attorney/counsel appointments. Earlier, she served as special advisor to Mayor Giuliani and first assistant/senior adviser to NY Governor Pataki, respectively.  She is is a public speaker and an internationally known tournament poker player.

Previously, she was the first woman and youngest president of APCNY, the youngest NAPC Board member, and, the youngest recipient of the Lifetime Industry Service Award from both personnel Associations. She also received NYS Senate Citation for her contribution to  modernization of placement fee law.
